TENS Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation

TENS is a method of pain relief involving the use of an electrical current. Stick pads are attached directly to the skin and when the machine is switched on, small electrical impulses are delivered to the affected area. The electrical impulses help reduce pain as signals going to the spinal cord and brain relax the muscles. TENS can be used for: arthritis, recovery, back pain, neck pain, knee pain and nerve stimulation.
