A bit about me…

Ryan started his higher education journey at University of Worcester and received a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. While studying his degree he started external courses in Sports Therapy, and developed a passion for helping people with musculoskeletal problems. Completing lots of extra CPD courses, this allowed Ryan to expand the business and offer more treatment modalities which would allow more people to be treated by these extra methods. He has completed an MSc in Sports Medicine at the University of Chester from 2023-2024. He has recently started studying graduate entry medicine (MBChB) at the University of Worcester, he hopes this will give him better understanding and knowledge to bring into private practice.

Ryan has worked with many professional athletes as well as senior citizens from all backgrounds, as well as younger patients and elderly patients, in which he helps them rehabilitate from various injuries. Ryan has developed a particular approach, which contains of treatment and exercise rehab which contributes to the longer term treatment of individuals, so that injury does not re-occur.

Ryan has had his own Sports Injury clinic for 5 years, and has worked with patients from across the country, and from a range of backgrounds. Ryan is now also running an online consultation program for online rehabilitation from different injuries, allowing people to work with him from across the globe. Ryan loves being able to work with various patients from all backgrounds and their health is Ryan’s first interests as he wants everyone to be living optimally.

Ryan believes that everyone should be able to live pain free, and will always advise in his best interests as to what approach should be taken for each individual case. Empowering patients is one of Ryan’s traits and showing patients what they are capable of, but also supporting them in the injury rehabilitation process and in the aftermath of rehabilitation.
