Corrective Exercise

Things such as stress, our profession, daily tasks etc can impact our body and impact how tissues which then cause the body to compensate in different ways.

In-depth biomechanics assessment is used to determine the root cause of an imbalance and then specific exercises are used to help reconnect gait patterns, which help with posture, balance and realigning tissues. The body is assessed in different parts via, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles, any of these areas could be the root issue causing to problems elsewhere within the body. The practitioner treating you will make sure to assess all areas following injury to see what route is best to be taken to help you rehabilitate from the issue you are dealing with.
